Diocesan Council

The Diocesan Council has three main responsibilities to the diocese:

  • To oversee the program and priorities of the diocese, and report on them to the annual convention of the diocese
  • To serve as the board of directors of the corporation known as The Diocese of Northwestern Pennsylvania
  • To develop and present to each annual convention a budget and schedule of assessments for the ensuing year
